I'm a huge fan of CoD4, and I know some of you are too! There is so much customization on this game that it can be hard to decide what you want your account to look like. Well, I have the answer for you! Here's the easiest way to get what you're looking for. (Account creator name) has made an account making program for all versions of CoD4. It's easy to use and take care of everything in one go! You can find all the changes he made on his twitter page.
